Ellomay Capital Announces Updates Concerning Share Buyback Programtest

TEL AVIV, Israel, January 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ —

Ellomay Capital Ltd. (NYSE MKT; TASE: ELLO) (Ellomay or the Company), an emerging operator in the renewable energy and energy infrastructure sector, today announced that it entered into a Rule 10b5-1/Rule 10b-18 purchase plan (the “Plan“) to repurchase up to $0.5 million of its ordinary shares.

The Plan was entered into as part of the Company’s Board-approved share buyback program in an amount of up to $3 million, previously announced in May 2015. Of the original $3 million amount, the Company repurchased ordinary shares in an approximate amount of $1.5 million during 2015 and 2016.
